Apparently the bean used only have a production of 3 ton worldwide and it is bean to chocolate process for Amedei with no outsiders involved. The beans is said to be translucent. Anyway i tried it and while i am not bowled over, it is some of the finest chocolate produced. the flavour is intense and it is very much like aged Valrhona specimens. I guess this chocolate would be best pairing with some espresso or aged port. Of course good sex comes after my chocolate tasting and that....my friend is the highlight for this tasting

Best Chocolate you can buy?
Everyone who know me, my vote for best chocolate in descending order goes to valrhona, Godiva and Royce. Yeah i know connoisseur will always write off the poor japanese but i think Royce has it's merits. So recently a friend of mine went to Italy and she gave me a bar of Amedei Porcelana and this chocolate claim to fame is being the first choice for a few extremely pricey dessert that is listed in the Guinness book of world records.
