My new absurd windscreen wiper

I am a victim of of consumerism again, buying the unnecessary on impulse, falling victim to fancy packaging, marketing, and believing in expensive is better. To cut the story short, i went autobacs recently to replace my windscreen wiper because i thought my dealer would probably give me a good "chop" since that has always been the case with conti cars.

So the naive me went to autobacs thinking i will discover a good deal only to be lure by an impulse buy. Sincerely i dont see the difference in this silicone wiper compare to the cheaper rubber types. The stupidity extends when i realise the wiper could be easily stolen in public car parks if the thief knows how much it cost. Geez, bad choice.
